THIS IS WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Once your coaching application has been accepted, you will make arrangements for your monthly payments.
  • A 30-minute intake interview via Video Chat.
  • Based upon the information provided in your intake interview, we create your nutrition plan! We decide what type of approach you will need for your lifestyle and goals and we make an initial plan using all of the information you provided.
  • You will submit a weekly report consisting of: your food journals or My Fitness Pal data, your body measurements, weight and progress photos, comments and/or questions about your diet, sleep, energy and hunger levels, cravings, emotional state, etc.
  • Within 48 hours, we respond to your report with an email. In this email: we answer your questions, tell you what you did great and help you with those healthy behaviours moving forward, we talk about what went wrong and why, then suggest how to not let it happen again and then we decide how to proceed depending on how the week went. Sometimes, that means a change in your nutrition plan and sometimes it doesn’t. We always explain WHY we do or do not alter your diet.
